Cancellation policy:
I understand that my ticket is non-refundable but fully transferable if I'm unable to attend.

If unable to attend I can choose to:
A: Save my payment as credit for any retreat facilitated by Ronja Sebastian (and collaborators) in the future. 
B: Convert my ticket as payment for a 1on1 session. 
C: Swap my ticket for an online course or program (equivalent amount).
D: Sell or gift my ticket to a friend.

In the unlikely event of event rescheduling or cancellation, I will have the option of: 
A: Shifting my ticket to the new dates.
B: Saving my ticket as credit for any future equivalent retreat or course – in person or virtual.
C: Transfer my ticket credit to a friend, and thus receive 100% refund. 
Or D: To receive a 75% refund on my ticket, minus 3% stripe fee for card payments, or 4% fee for ticket purchased with paypal – deducted from the original amount paid.
