Cancellation policy:
I understand that my ticket is non-refundable but fully transferable if I'm unable to attend.

If unable to attend I can choose to:
A: Save my payment as credit for any retreat facilitated by Ronja Sebastian (and collaborators) in the future.
B: Convert my ticket as payment for a 1on1 session.
C: Swap my ticket for an online course or program (equivalent amount).
D: Sell or gift my ticket to a friend.

In the unlikely event of event rescheduling or cancellation, I will have the option of:
A: Shifting my ticket to the new dates.
B: Saving my ticket as credit for any future equivalent retreat or course – in person or virtual.
C: Transfer my ticket credit to a friend, and thus receive 100% refund.
Or D: To receive a 75% refund on my ticket, minus 3% stripe fee for card payments, or 4% fee for ticket purchased with paypal – deducted from the original amount paid.

Note for the Jedi Package: for cancellation of both immersions, the above applies to the entire amount.
For cancellation of just one immersion, the above applies to the difference between the price for one immersion and that of the Jedi Package.
